Description
NEW FREELINE PARTS
New graphics: As every year, the graphics have been updated to give the new models a more modern, dynamic, and distinctive look, while retaining the signature elements that identify the Birelart brand.
The new graphics will be supplied as standard on all DD, SH and DD2.
Stub axle OK-KZ One-piece: For DD and Shifter models, the new “one-piece” stub axle will be available as option; its lever has a specific geometry that allows for different Ackermann angles.
The new solution expands the front-end adjustment options, allowing for the optimization of the kart's handling and improvements in front-end grip and rolling efficiency.
New Steering Wheel: A new steering wheel has been developed, featuring a more modern, up-to-date design that aligns with the new generation of Birelart karts.
Its new shape has also been designed to better accommodate the data acquisition unit, integrating it more functionally and neatly into the center of the steering wheel.
New Floor Panel : All new karts in the 2027 range will feature the new “Full Cover” panel, developed to ensure greater integration of the bodywork surfaces and optimized aerodynamic flow.
The new solution therefore combines aerodynamic functionality and design, giving the karts a more modern, clean, and distinctive look, in line with the new Birelart generation.
CHASSIS MOD. RY30 DD - Hom.007/CH/10
For single-gear (DD) categories, a range of different frame versions has been developed, all based on the standard RY 30 frame platform.
These various configurations were developed to optimize the kart's handling and performance, taking into account tire characteristics, different engine, and different circuit layouts found in various national and international championships.
The distinguishing feature among the various versions is not the frame geometry, which remains unchanged, but the type of material used to construct the chassis.
Consequently, the differences are not immediately apparent to the eye but can be identified via a specific code found on the fuel tank mounting plate, which is present on all models.
- RY30 S20 Standard : base frame S19 standard
- RY30 S20 type “V2” : more flexible frame, ideal for medium-soft tires
- RY30 S20 type “V3” : more flexible frame, ideal for medium-soft tires
- RY30 S20 type “P4” : stiffer frame but with good flex for medium-hard tires.
- RY30 S20 type “G” : softer, versatile frame, ideal for low-grip tracks.
CHASSIS MOD. RY32 DD - Hom.007/CH/12
Alongside the evolution of the existing range, the new RY32 chassis was developed during the 2026 season, designed with the aim of introducing a completely new construction and performance philosophy. The RY32 project stands out primarily for a chassis geometry that has been completely redesigned compared to previous generations. The new configuration was developed through an intensive testing program aimed at optimizing the kart's dynamic behavior and achieving more effective responsiveness across various operating conditions.
One of the key features of the new RY32 is the support axle bearing, designed to offer greater chassis adjustability. In addition to allowing for the standard adjustment of the kart's ride height, the system enables modification of the wheelbase, offering the option to shorten or lengthen it by 5 mm.
The development process integrated the frame's key geometric characteristics, seeking the optimal balance between responsiveness, rolling efficiency, stability, and adaptability to varying track and tire conditions.
The new RY 32 will be available in two different configurations, developed to offer specific handling characteristics and enable drivers and teams to identify the solution best suited to their needs.
- RY32 S20 type “A” : frame more stiff but flexible with good grip
- RY32 S20 type “B” : softer frame, ideal for all track types.
