New graphic: like every year we revised the graphic adapt to the new pods try to give an always more aggressive, modern and recognizable look that distinguishes the BirelART brand.
Mini brake: it has been homologated the brake system RR C28 for the Mini category with a cast iron disc D.150 and caliper model RR . Hom. 007-BRKR-10
Brake balance: developed during the 2024 season the new brake adjusts facilitates the adjustment of the distribution and improves its functioning.
Rear hubs d.50 : The new Free line hubs HQ have the double fixing screw with a better axle grips in order to maintain a perfect assilaity and avoid the movement
Spindles OK - KZ: the new spindles have a lever geometry slightly different to a better entry corner. It’s also it’s also allows a better regulation on high of the frame. It will be the same for both categories with the addition to an aluminum caliper support on the KZ
Pods AERO & AERO Mini: to reduce cantilever weights, improve the aerodynamic efficiency and a new look, were studies and developed the new Free Line side pods mod. AERO, homologation 007-BS-20 and AERO Mini homologation 007-BS-01.
Muffler support. A new muffler support has been developed for single-gear karts, which is lighter, less constraining for the chassis and easily adjustable.
The karts models DD and SH will be equipped with new front pod and new panel
developed and homologated by KG 509
