Description
The New-Line Double model is a main radiator and is therefore positioned to the left of the driver, on the side opposite the engine side of a kart. The Double radiator is connected directly to the engine and, like any radiator, has the task of lowering the temperature of the boiling water coming out of the engine as much as possible. The process is simple: the water comes out of the engine, passes through the radiator grills where it is cooled by the action of the air, and once cooled, it re-enters the engine. The Double was created starting from the Big model. What differentiates them is the fact that the water in the circle, instead of passing only once through the grid, makes a double passage thanks to a particular process. This procedure allows the water to cool more than what happens with the RS. To make the process even more effective, there is a vent capable of letting out all the air and bubbles that are created when the water rises and passes for the second time along the grid to cool. This venting process occurs only once, immediately after inserting the water into the circle. The Double, like the Big, was designed for the summer months or, in any case, for the hottest slopes. In fact, with its 29 cm width, the radiator guarantees excellent cooling action in any category of kart used.
