The New-Line Double model is a main radiator and is therefore positioned to the left of the driver, on the opposite side of the engine side of a kart. The Double radiator is connected directly to the engine and, like any radiator, has the task of lowering the temperature of the boiling water coming out of the engine as much as possible. The process is simple: the water exits the engine, passes through the radiator grilles where it cools down by the action of the air, and once cooled, it re-enters the engine. The Double was made starting from the Big model. What differentiates them is the fact that the water in the circle, instead of passing through the grid only once, makes a double pass thanks to a particular process. This process allows the water to cool down more than with the RS. To make the process even more effective, there is a vent that can let out all the air and bubbles that are created when the water rises and passes down the grate for the second time to cool. This venting process occurs only once, immediately after the water is inserted into the circulation. The Double, as well as the Big, has been designed for the summer months or, in any case, for the warmer slopes. In fact, with its 29 cm width, the radiator guarantees an excellent cooling action in any category of kart used.
