DOUBLE RADIATOR MAX WITHOUT SUPPORTS AND CAP

The Double model by New-Line is a main radiator and so it is positioned to the left of the  pilot, opposite to the engine side of a kart.
The Double radiator connects directly to the engine and, like all radiators, its function is to lower as much as possible the temperature of the boiling hot water that comes out of the engine. This is a simple process: water comes out of the engine, goes through the radiator grid where it cools down via ventilation, and once it is colder it goes back into the engine.

The Double was modelled after the Big. What differentiates them is the fact that water goes through the cooling grid twice, instead of once, via a specific operation. This allows it to cool down more than it does in an RS. The cooling process is also more effective thanks to a valve that lets out any air and bubbles that form as water rises and goes through the cooling grid for the second time. This air release process occurs only once, right after water enters the system.

The Double, like the Big, was designed for the summer months or, in any case, for tracks in hot areas. Being 29 cm wide, in fact, this radiator guarantees excellent cooling effects in any kart category.
